What CreatorBill is
CreatorBill is a free, browser-based invoice builder designed for content creators, influencers, and freelancers. It helps you create professional invoices for brand deals, sponsorships, and content collaborations.
Using the service
By using CreatorBill, you agree that:
- You are using it for lawful invoicing purposes
- The information you enter into invoices is accurate and truthful
- You are responsible for your own tax compliance and financial reporting
- You understand that CreatorBill is a document creation tool, not an accounting, tax, or legal service
No account required
CreatorBill does not require you to create an account, provide an email address, or sign up in any way. The tool is freely accessible to anyone with a web browser.
Your data, your responsibility
All data is stored in your browser's local storage. This means:
- We cannot recover your data if you clear your browser storage, switch devices, or lose access to your browser
- You are responsible for backing up important invoices by downloading them as PDFs
- We do not have access to any data you enter — it never reaches our servers
Not financial or legal advice
CreatorBill provides invoice templates and formatting tools. It does not provide tax advice, legal advice, accounting services, or financial guidance. The tax fields, payment terms, and other financial elements in the templates are for formatting purposes only. Consult a qualified professional for tax and legal matters.
Intellectual property
The invoices you create using CreatorBill belong to you. You are free to use them for any legitimate business purpose.
The CreatorBill brand, design, templates, and source code are owned by CreatorBill and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Service availability
CreatorBill is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We strive to keep the service available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Since the tool works entirely in your browser, previously downloaded PDFs and exported data will continue to work even if the website is temporarily unavailable.
Limitation of liability
CreatorBill and its creators shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of this service, including but not limited to lost data, missed payments, tax miscalculations, or any business losses. You use CreatorBill at your own risk and discretion.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as CreatorBill evolves. Significant changes will be communicated through the website. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
